JZL evaporative condenser fan is an axial-flow fan made from new materials and new technology, and has the features of high efficiency, low noise, simple construction and light weight.
Impellers below No9.0 are manufactured with wing-type twisted blades, which are made of aluminum alloy by die casting.
No8.0 and No9.0 impellers may be made of composite fiber blades.
Impellers above No9.0 are manufactured with wing-type hollow extruded aluminum alloy blades and steel wheel hubs.
No10.0-14.0 impellers may be made of composite fiber blades, with aluminum alloy wheel hubs. Hot-dip galvanized air duct and moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant motor are available.

Impeller assembly: Impellers below No9.0 are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, while No8.0 and 9.0 blades are made of compositefiber.Impellers above No9.0 are combined wheel hubs with extruded aluminum profile blades, while No10.0-14.0 blades are made of composite fiber.
Main air duct: Made of steel plate, flanged by die and reinforced by flange ring. Common steel plate or stainless steel, hot-dipgalvanizing.
Support frame: Support the fan motor in the air duct to make the clearance between the air duct and the impeller uniform.
Junction box: Made of high strength nylon or cast iron.
Wiring method: Install junction box or motor junction box on the air duct.
Structure type: Pipeline (Or machine according to the size required by the user).
Motor: Moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant three-phase asynchronous motor for cooling fans, cast iron shell, IP55. 220V-660V/50Hz or 60Hz, customizable based on customer demands.
