Contact plate freezer adopts double-faced contact quick freezing way.It is the method which can load food in the metal mold,with the top and bottom metal plate which use as an evaporator clamping upon it and passes over the refrigeration working substance directly to transmit cold to products.Because the conductivity of metal is ten times higher than air,it can make products' quick-freezing.This method has characteristics as below:

Freon refrigeration system:

Two plates use one liquid supply and gas out system.Set expansion valve on each system to ensure the even of each system.

Adopting stainless steel bellows for liquid supply and gas out pipe,which connect with evaporator,it can ensure long time operation in low temperature.

The collected pipes use stainless steel material,which can ensure the requirement of food security and sanitation.
