The CMP32 refrigeration pump is a multi-stage pump that adopts high-pressure internal circulation. Part of the medium is diverted from the high-pressure area at the outlet of the secondary impeller, flows into the shielded motor rotor cavity through the filter, and returns to the sub-high-pressure area of the secondary impeller through the axial hole. This high-pressure internal circulation method fully ensures the pressure in the rotor cavity of the shielded motor and prevents the medium from vaporizing in the pump.
This shunt simultaneously cools the shielded motor and lubricates the sliding bearing. When the pump is running, the axial force is hydraulically balanced automatically. The NPSH of the pump is very low. For example, when the flow rate is as high as 10m3/h, the NPSH of the pump is only 0.8m.
